Pai Gow Poker is a current game with ancient ancestry. Based on the ancient Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the eastern with the western in an awesome game for new gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler vs. the house, not like nearly all other poker games that players bet against other gamblers. By gambling against the dealer, beginning players do not have to worry about other, more knowledgeable players taking their $$$$.
One more Pai Gow benefit is the fairly slow game play, rookies are able to take their time and scheme while not having to make hasty choices.
It is also simpler to enjoy for an extended time with only a tiny bit of cash after all, to not win, both of your hands has to be under both of the casino’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned 7 cards face up and the house is dealt seven cards faces hidden.
One 5 card hand and a two card hand must be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be better than the dealer’s.
